Welcome to Lustful Lashes LLC (“Lustful Lashes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, and beauty services. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our website or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our website at our sole discretion.

2. Products


We strive to accurately display our products, colors, descriptions, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device displays colors exactly as they appear.


We reserve the right to:


  • Modify or discontinue products at any time.
  • Correct pricing or typographical errors.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Product Disclaimer


Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only.


By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


  • For external use only.
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, burning, swelling, or discomfort occurs.
  • Patch testing is strongly recommended 24–48 hours before using lash adhesives or any cosmetic product for the first time.
  • Do not use products on broken, irritated, infected, or inflamed skin.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
  • Ingredients are listed where applicable. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing and using any product, particularly if they have known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
  • Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, improper application, or failure to follow product instructions.

4. Orders


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


Once an order has been placed, it enters processing quickly. Orders may only be canceled within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Prices are subject to change without notice.


We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order has been submitted.

6. Refund & Shipping Policies


All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Appointment Policies


Cancellation Policy


Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.


Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.


Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice (“No Show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.


Deposits remain non-refundable and will be applied according to our booking policies.

Illness Policy


The health and safety of our clients and staff are our priority.


If you are recovering from a cold, flu, COVID-19, or any contagious illness, please wait at least two (2) weeks after your symptoms have completely resolved before scheduling an appointment.


If you arrive exhibiting symptoms including, but not limited to:


  • Fever
  • Persistent coughing
  • Sneezing
  • Runny nose
  • Congestion
  • Sore throat
  • Flu-like symptoms


your lash technician reserves the right to refuse service.


If service is refused due to illness or visible symptoms, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Appointment Preparation


To achieve the best possible retention and service quality, clients must arrive prepared.


Please:


  • Remove all eye makeup before your appointment.
  • Remove mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and facial oils from the eye area.
  • Arrive with clean natural lashes.
  • Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages before your appointment, as caffeine may make it difficult to remain still during the service.


Failure to arrive with clean lashes may result in an additional cleansing or makeup removal fee.

Appointment Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Upon arrival, please check in using the booking app to notify your lash technician that you have arrived.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, as we must remain on schedule for all clients.

Appointments canceled due to arriving beyond the 10-minute grace period will be considered a No Show, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, service cannot be guaranteed after the 10-minute grace period.

Lustful Lashes LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly arrive late, fail to comply with salon policies, display inappropriate behavior, or whose health or safety may pose a risk to our staff or other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustful Lashes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.


Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property


All website content, including logos, branding, product names, images, graphics, text, videos, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of Lustful Lashes LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
