Refund Policy
At Lustful Lashes LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.
Order Cancellation
Customers have a 15-minute cancellation window from the time an order is placed to request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received within 15 minutes of purchase will receive a full refund.
- After the 15-minute cancellation window has expired, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping Policy
Lustful Lashes LLC carefully inspects, packages, and ships every order to ensure it leaves our facility in excellent condition.
Once an order has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the customer.
Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by any shipping carrier, including but not limited to:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
Lost, Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, missing, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim directly with the carrier.
Claims should be filed with:
- USPS
- FedEx
- UPS
Please keep all original packaging, shipping labels, and damaged merchandise, as the carrier may require them during the claims process.
Lustful Lashes LLC cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipments that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will be required before the order can be reshipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the shipping carrier regarding any delivery issues.

By placing an order with Lustful Lashes LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Shipping Policy.

By completing my purchase, I acknowledge and agree that:
- I have read and agree to the Lustful Lashes LLC Refund & Shipping Policy.
- All sales become final after the 15-minute cancellation period has expired.
- I understand that I have only 15 minutes after placing my order to request a cancellation for a full refund.
- I understand that Lustful Lashes LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after they have been accepted by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping carrier.
- I am responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
