Thank you for shopping with Lustful Lashes LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options are available at checkout and may include carriers such as:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Available shipping methods and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier regarding delivery updates or delays.


Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Lustful Lashes LLC carefully packages every order before shipment.

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the customer.

Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Missing
  • Delayed
  • Misdelivered
  • Damaged after being accepted by the shipping carrier

This policy applies to all carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

If your package is lost, stolen, missing, or damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim according to their claims process.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise if requested by the carrier.

Lustful Lashes LLC cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

P.O. Box Shipping

At this time, Lustful Lashes LLC does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customers must provide a valid residential or business street address for delivery. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may be delayed, canceled, or require the customer to provide an alternate physical address before the order can be processed and shipped.

If an order cannot be shipped due to the use of a P.O. Box address, Lustful Lashes LLC reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.


Returned Packages

If your order is returned to Lustful Lashes LLC because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we will contact you regarding reshipment.

Additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be shipped again.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other government-imposed charges

Lustful Lashes LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees assessed by your country.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Lustful Lashes LLC is not liable for carrier-related shipping delays.
